Dressing a Boy

When I got pregnant, I hoped the baby would be a boy. I don't wear make-up or even have a hairstyle most of the time (unless ponytail is considered a style) and feared I would be unable to properly raise a girl. I dreaded the thought of bows and pink and dressing a girl daily.

So it was a huge surprise to me that I LOVE dressing my boy! Polo shirts, plaid shorts, puffy vests and baseball caps, I love it all. Facebook resale groups and good deals at the Gap may be the end of me. I've gone a TAD crazy buying clothes for my little guy lately:

I know he won't always let me dress him and will eventually develop his own personal style, but for now, I am enjoying our time in the morning when I get to pick out his clothes and get him ready for the day.

Because seriously, how can you resist cargo shorts, argyle socks and a polo?:
