A cooking Tip

I don't eat much meat, but NJhusband does so I've been trying to branch out a bit and make an effort to include more meat options. I came across a recipe for a pork loin salt water/bourbon brine that looked good so I decided to give it a try.

TIP: Do not miss the step of the recipe where it tells you to rinse off the brine solution before cooking.
